Waukee Valve-Tronic Needle & Seat Maintenance

This procedure covers preventive maintenance of the Waukee Valve-Tronic flow control valve, including safely isolating gas supply and power, disassembling the coupling and needle/seat assembly, polishing the needle and valve bore, reassembling with proper lubrication and torque, and verifying flow meter function before returning the unit to service.
