Lippmann 4800 - Daily Checklist

A conveyor that doesn't have an operating drive chain is rendered useless. Therefore, an inspection necessitates that you check the drive train's tension to see if it's satisfactory. If it's too tight or loose, larger problems could occur down the road.

A conveyor that doesn't have an operating drive chain is rendered useless. Therefore, an inspection necessitates that you check the drive train's tension to see if it's satisfactory. If it's too tight or loose, larger problems could occur down the road.

    Oil level Fuel level (Fill when ¼ or less) Check/clean air filter

    Curtain Spacing (grease before adjusting) Curtain blocks damage/wear Blow bars damage/wear

    Remove buildup and debris from pan and chute, Fingers damage/wear

    Remove debris Visual check: rollers, pulleys, skirting

    Remove debris Visual check: rollers, pulleys, skirting
