The aim is to ensure the mechanical production line operates efficiently, safely, and without unplanned downtime by performing regular inspections, servicing, and adjustments. This maintenance routine focuses on detecting early signs of wear, misalignment, or malfunction in mechanical components such as motors, bearings, conveyors, and drive systems. Inspect all components on the Storti Mech line.

Mech Line Preventive Maintenance

The aim is to ensure the mechanical production line operates efficiently, safely, and without unplanned downtime by performing regular inspections, servicing, and adjustments. This maintenance routine focuses on detecting early signs of wear, misalignment, or malfunction in mechanical components such as motors, bearings, conveyors, and drive systems. Inspect all components on the Storti Mech line.

    Mecanical Components

    Inspect and repair mechanical components as needed

    Chains

    Inspect all drive chains and palletout feed chains for damage missing chain links repair and tighten as needed.

    Bearings Sprockets and Belt

    Inspect all Saw, sprocket, line bearings and roller bearings for damage and greas if needed. Inspect all sprockets for ware missing teeth and sprocket bearings. Inspect belt on 180 for rips tears and conection.

    Guarding

    Inspect all guarding for damaged missing hoses if applicable and missing harware.

    Saws

    Inspect saws blades and replace

    Gearboxes and hydraulic Components

    Inspect all gearboxes and hydraulic components

    Gearboxes

    Remove fill hole caps located on gearbox at the end of drive chain and inspect oil and oil level add if needed. Look for any damages missing hardware.

    Hydraulic on Stacker

    Remove plate on top of stacker inspect hydraulic cylinder and hoses for leaks and damages. Place pate back and fasten plate back on stacker. Inspect wall side hydraulic tank, gauges, fluided, and solenoid located on top of tank.

    Inspect phenumatic cylinders hoses and solenoids

    Inspect all phenumatic cylinders for leaks damage and missing hardware.

    Phenumatic Hoses

    Inspect all Phenumatic hoses and fittings for damage and leaks this includes all nail hoses on outside of fence

    Electrical and Electrical Cabinets

    Inspect all electrical and electrical cabinets

    Cable trays and boxes

    Inspect all cable trays for damaged wires and insure all trays are coverd with cap. Make sure all junction boxes have lides on this includes start, stop, and E-stops on outside of mech line doors. Look for pulled out wires, bare wire, wire fittings missing, ect.

    Limit Switches and orange pig tail indicators

    Inspect all limit switches for damage, wore out limit sitch lever, or missing hardware. Inspect all orange indicators on each saws and sanders they are located on the phenumatic cylinders.

    Inspect all motors for missing guards hardware and electrical covers.
