This procedure outlines the steps for calibrating the LS24-04 machine, including preparation, voltage measurement, post-measurement actions, machine reset, and documentation.

    Machine Preparation

    Voltage Measurement

    Measure the voltage at the 24.00vdc power supply

    Meter name
    Unit

    Document the voltage reading

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Post-Measurement Actions

    Check if all readings are within tolerance

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Machine Reset

    Documentation

    Note any changes or problems encountered in the work order system

    Enter the METER ID# of meter used
