MIXER AREA
Clean and check magnet
Mixer walk-around
Listen for strange noises, look for loose guards, eyeball bearings, etc.
Check mixer belts for wear and tension
Check for mixer build-up
Note condition of paddles
Check surge drag chain
Look for broken or bent paddles
Lock-out system
Grease system
PELLET MILL
Clean and check magnet
Check oil level in pellet mill gear box
Inspect shear pin assembly
Pellet Mill oil temp
