Daily Hotmelt Inspection

This procedure outlines the daily inspection tasks for the Laminator Hot Melt Alpha DTX, including checks on length encoders, hotmelt assembly, UV light fixtures, atomizing air, adhesive valves, rollers, and rewind gears. Each task requires a pass/fail check, and the procedure concludes with an inspector sign-off.

    Length Encoder(s) Inspection

    Check length encoder(s) for build-up. Clean, if necessary

    Hotmelt Assembly Inspection

    Check hose connections and valves for leaks. Tighten, if necessary

    Black Light Inspection

    Confirm UV light fixture is functioning and positioned correctly
