This guide will help to standardize maintenance procedures across all sites and help planners and supervisors create easy to follow guides to ensure proper maintenance completion.

    This checklist provides more information for the procedure section.

    Inspection Checks can be used for critical points in the maintenance. If FAIL is selected, a work order will be created by MaintainX to address the failure.

    You can add Picture/File Fields that allow the worker to take pictures or video of the equipment.

    Meter Reading fields are used to input and track important meters and any maintenance that may be meter based. You can search for the specific meter below to add it to the PM, or if it is left blank by the Planner, the worker will select the meter when performing the maintenance.
