6 Month Frick Inspection
This procedure is used to perform the 6-month inspection of the Frick system, covering oil leaks and levels, gauges and valves, electrical issues and safety switches, and the water screen and oil cooler. Each item is rated Pass, Flag, or Fail, and the oil cooler is back flushed and the running hours recorded.
Oil Inspection
Are there any oil leaks visible?
Is the oil at the right level?
Gauges and Valves Check
Do all gauges work properly?
Are all valves in working order?
Electrical Inspection
Are there any electrical issues?
Do all safety switches work properly?
Water Screen and oil cooler Inspection
Inspect the water screen for any blockages or damage
