All drive belts - tension and condition
Tensioners and idler pullys
Change fuel filters
Radiator core external condition
Air intake connections and hose condition
Cabin Mountings
Instruments and Lights
Windscreen wipers and washers
All Windows for condition
Check slew bearing for movement
Battery fluid and terminal condition
Oil and coolant leaks
Battery and electrical cable condition
Exhaust system security and leaks
Check fire system for charge and faults
Check boom and stick for cracks and pin wear
A/C condenser clean (rear of cab)
Hydraulic cooler clean
Check all handles and steps
Check all control panels for function

Check lights, wipers and washers are working
Check for faults, warnings and all instruments are working
Change out flex air hub oil.

Check all pins, bushes and retaining bolts for tension and wear
Check shimming and wear on arms and knives

Check covers and bolts and ensure they are secure (fit new bolts if required)

Test head for function
