EEC-W01 Exhaust Clean Out

Regular inspection and maintenance of your exhaust fan will help in getting rid of any tarnish, carbon build-up, and rust making your equipment last longer.

Exhuast Clean Out Procedure

1. Unit must be shut down for PM
2. Move water bath out of the way to place hopper under ductwork to catch debris.
3. The exhaust liner in ductwork needs to be disconnected from the top and removed.
Once the old liner is removed make sure any other debris is removed. install new liner into ductwork.
4. Remove hopper after PM is completed.
5. Recheck liner/ductwork to make sure everything is ready to run.
6. Move water bath back into position.
