This procedure outlines the daily and weekly preventive maintenance checks for tagging chains to ensure the equipment is safe, properly guarded, and in good operating condition. It helps operators identify damage, missing components, control issues, and other maintenance concerns so they can be reported and addressed promptly.

    Start-Up

    Inspect labeling and lockout tagout signage
