L2Palletizer - Pull-Plate Coating

LINE 2 PALLITIZER STRIPPER PLATE COATING 1. Sand plate with random orbital sander and 120 grit sanding disk 15 minutes 2. Clean sanding dust with rag and denatured alcohol 5 minutes 3. Stir slip plate with stir stick to mix graphite into solvent thoroughly 10 minutes 4. Use 6” foam roller to roll on slip plate coating 30 minutes 5. Allow to dry 12 hours 6. Repeat steps 1 thru 5 for additional coats
