    Inspection

    Inspect tool for damage prior to calibration

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Shipping if external

    Calibration service name, address, number

    Vendor information if external

    Calibrate

    Calibrate per manufacturers instructions

    Upload pictures or files of instructions

    Add or drag pictures

    Post-calibration

    Upload calibration certificate on return

    Add or drag pictures

    Update 'Next Calibration Due Date' field

    Return to Service

    Signature of completion
