Dipping Cup - Monthly PM
A monthly preventive maintenance check of the dipping cup system to inspect, clean, and service all critical immersion, drive, and sealing components, ensuring consistent dipping performance and minimizing the risk of unplanned downtime or product quality deviations during production operations.
Dipping Cup - Monthly PM
This procedure is important to ensure accurate fluid handling, prevent contamination, and maintain consistent product quality. Regular inspection and cleaning also help identify wear or damage early, reducing the risk of equipment failure and unplanned downtime.
Check and confirm that the system pressure set point is set to 80 psi.
Remove and Clean Air Chambers and re-lube the O-rings every three months.
Check air filter for filter condition and auto drain operation daily. Use only clean, dry and oil free air.
Check seal pad, slitter blades, & guillotine blades daily. Change only if necessary.
