This procedure involves verifying the functionality of safety equipment, cleaning various components, performing necessary maintenance actions, and ensuring proper documentation and review. It is designed to ensure the Extol Infrastake Welder is operating safely and efficiently.

    Verification of Safety Equipment

    Verify all E-stops are working properly

    If no, perform lockout/tagout and contact automation/maintenance. Must be repaired before continuing.

    Cleaning Procedures

    Wear cotton gloves and clean the inside surface of the concentrators and reflectors
