The purpose of the procedure is to make sure the equipment is at standard regarding CIP and cleaning processes. Please make sure the machine is down, and use LOTO for your SAFETY. In order to perform this inspection, open all the lower side panels.

26W - Filler 3 Sanitary Inspection
The purpose of the procedure is to make sure the equipment is at standard regarding CIP and cleaning processes. Please make sure the machine is down, and use LOTO for your SAFETY. In order to perform this inspection, open all the lower side panels.
Section #1 - Peroxide Feed System
Inspect the Peroxide reservoir - please remove the side panel to access the tank. Check for leaks.
Check feed lines to secondary pump for leaks and damage. Inspect the pump condition too.
Inspect the heater block for damage
Check flexible hoses that feed nozzle assembly for cracks or damage
Inspect Peroxide nozzles for visible defects. There are 5 set of 3 nozzles. each set
Section #2 - Spray nozzles and balls Inspection
Check the condition of the spray balls - replace any missing or damaged ones PN: SB125X025NPT316360 for 1/4" and SB125X050NPT316360 for 1/2"
There are 6 above the chain level, and 5 under chain level
Section #3 - FIlters Replacement
Section #4 - Product Tank Inspection
Section #5 - Product valves inspection
