Gourmet Ranch Pump Test

Pump tests play a crucial role in verifying operating and performance data. The test ensures the functionality of the equipment, reducing downtime and the need for maintenance.

Items you will need: Grease Gun, Adjustable wrench, and rags.

Call MCA alarm service @ 972-437-6773, place system on test for 2 hours

Notify GR Team system is in test and alarm my go off.

Close (shut) valve #1

At valve #2 remove drain plug and open valve very slowly until pump start to run

Watch fire panel pump screen, pump will shut off after 10-minute timeline.

After runtime close Valve #2 and replace drain plug.

Open valve #1 from shut to open position.

Check main alarm panel, ensure panel has no alarms.

Lubricate Motor and pump bearings!
