Labeling Head (Applicator)
Clean Adhesive from Web Rollers
Remove sticky residue to prevent label slippage, Using Alcohol wipes, plastic scraper. Avoid Metal tools
Inspect Web Rollers
Check for wear, surface cracks, or slippage. Replace if worn or damaged
Check Peel Plate Wear Tape
Inspect protective tape for wear or peeling. Replace tape if damaged
Test Label Roll Brake System
Adjust for even tensioning on label roll
Clean Loop Sensor
Gently dust lens to ensure accurate label sensing. Avoid using alcohol use dry tissue
Inspect and Tighten Label Head Mount
Verify mounting hardware is secure
Inspect Label Sensors
Verify response and alignment
Calibrate Label Detection Sensors
Check for proper label and product sensing. Recalibrate as needed using Machine UI
Base (Support Table & Transport System)
Inspect Tabletop Belts
Check for cracks, fraying, or misalignment. Adjust or replace if degraded
Check product sensor and reflector
Ensure proper alignment, clean if necessary
Base and Conveyor System
Clean Conveyor Belts & Guides
Remove dust, label debris, adhesive. Ensure belt tracking
Inspect Conveyor Belt Tension and Condition
Look for misalignment, cracks, or slipping. Replace if necessary
Lubricate Conveyor Chain
Apply minimal chain lubricant to moving links. Wipe off excess
Lightly Oil Conveyor Rollers
Prevent surface rust and improve rotation
Inspect Rollers and Bearings
Check for noise, vibration, or rust. Replace as needed
Check Conveyor Drive Motor & Gearbox
Ensure no overheating, unusual noise
NetJet Inkjet System
Clean Printheads
Remove dried ink or buildup. Do not touch nozzle plate
Purge and Prime System

Inspect Printhead & Purge Pump
Confirm full purge functionality. Replace if weak or clogged
