Routine maintenance maximizes operating efficiency and minimizes downtime. The maintenance procedures described below will prolong the life of the machine and help prevent accidents.

    All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?

    All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?

    Utilize the Cintas ENERGY CONTROL PROGRAM Checklist when applying LOTO.

    Check Brake Linings - If applicaple, check brake linings. Replace if needed. Appendix 1

    Check Electrical Connections - Check All electrical connections in the Main Control Panel and on the Inverter

    Replace shock absorbers - Replace all shock absorbers and date each one

    Change fluid & filter - Change hydraulic fluid; install new filter. See Appendix 2.

    Test motor - Test electric motor insulation for breakdown. Replace friction tape if damaged. Perform an amp draw.
