Maintenance - Tool Kit - Acceptance

The Maintenance Tool Kit Acceptance procedure is essential for ensuring that all tools and equipment used in maintenance activities meet quality standards and are suitable for the tasks at hand. This process ensures that the tools are in good condition, properly maintained, and ready to be utilized effectively.

    Section #1 - Kit Contents

    Name of who kit is issued to

    Section #2 - Acceptance

    You are responsible for all items in your kit. If an item goes missing or is damaged you must re-open the work order for your kit and untick the item that is missing. You then must add a comment of the item to your kit work order.

    I accept the kit has been issued with full contents.

    Section #3 - Missing/Damaged Items

    Record of all issues with kit or any equipment that has been replaced.
