Conveyor PM - Roller

A scheduled preventive maintenance check of the Fife guide system to inspect and service all critical sensor, actuator, alignment, and control components, ensuring consistent web guiding accuracy and minimizing the risk of misalignment-related defects or unplanned downtime during production operations.

    Check each individual conveyor roller condition and bearings

    Inspect drive sprockets

    Check / Adjust chain tension

    Lubricate all bearings

    Inspect V-Belt or flat belt that drives conveyor rollers

    Check V-belt guide pulleys - Make sure grooves are clean, groove is not worn and Bearings

    Inspect V-Belt Jack shaft bearings, journal for wear and Lubricate bearings

    Blow out all yard material

    Make sure all gaurds are secure and proper

    Inspect and note any additional issues with unit

    Clean up area around conveyor and wipe down grease fittings
