Follow lockout tagout and all safety procedures If you have any questions concerning the procedures notify your supervisor Log all additional repairs made or deficiencies found on this work order

Step#1 Check motor for proper mounting and leaks

Step#2 Inspect hoses/pipes for wear and leaks

Step#3 Check bearing condition

Step#5 Check chain for wear and broken links inspect d-ring on hook for cracked weld or broken

Step#6 Check chain for alignment in block and check block for wear

Step#7 Check hook for wear/cracks

Step#8 Make all guards are in place

Step#9 Check for proper operation
