Health and Safety

• Communicate with the Operator about what you are going to do

• Put The lock cable around the light barrier and lock it with the fence using your own Padlock

• Push the E-Stop and check the error reset ( the error must remain)

• Put a maintenance in process sign up the screen

• Check all the needed tools status before servicing

• PPE are required

Maintenance

• Fully loosen the two fat head screws holding the electrical plug

• Fully looser the control wire using a small Philips head screw driver

• Looser the sensor connector

• Replace the electrical part and follow the reverse steps to put it in place

• Zip tie the remaining wires to avoid any possible damage due to the guns movement
