Check for any exterior fan or curb for damage, corrosion, deterioration, or leak
Does unit have easily accessible voltage/amperage measurement location? (IE; a disconnect).
if the answer is "oneOf [Yes]"
Verify primary voltage
Check motor amp draw
Inspect wiring and tighten all easily accessible electrical connections
Is unit belt driven?
if the answer is "oneOf [Yes]"
Adjust,align,tighten sheaves and belts. Replace belts.
Check bearing wear and lubrication
Verify blower wheel/fans are clean and balanced
Check all shaft set screws for tightness.
Check Louvers and dampers for cleanliness and smooth operation.
Check vibration insolators to ensure they are not deteriorated
Sign off on the exhaust fan PM
