Asphalt Tank Vent Check

Inspect vents to ensure they are open and venting to atmosphere

    What vent is being checked

    Take a picture of vent to document condition

    Add or drag pictures

    Is tank vent open and venting to atmosphere?

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail
    if the answer is "oneOf [FLAG]"

    Inform supervisor of vent condition and document findings

    if the answer is "oneOf [FAIL]"

    Clean vent of accumulated material

    if the answer is "oneOf [FAIL]"

    Take a picture of vent to document that it was cleaned

    Add or drag pictures

    Vent cleaned and put back onto service?

    • Yes
    • No
    • N / A
