• 360 walk round check for damage

• Signs and logos in good order

• Clean and presentable

• Wheels and tires in good order (check and record tire pressure)

• Trailer hitch and chains in place in good order

• A frame no signs of damage

• Doors and locks secure and in good order

• Registration plate in order and in date

• external lighting in working order.

Internal Checks and Inventory

• Steps

• Handrails

• lighting working in good order

• Clean and tidy

• Garbage can and spare bags

• Generator in place and secured (see generator pre use checklist)

• Storage area clean all items secured with straps or tiedowns per inventory distribution plan.

• Fire extinguisher in place and in certification

• First Aid it in place and fully stocked (see F/Aid inventory)

• Eye Wash Station in place and in good order

• PPE Equipment suitable for task

• Fuel tank stowed and secure

Documentation and Signage

• HSE Regulations Client/RCI

• ERP Posted with Emergency Flow Chart, NOI forms. Emergency contact sheet and map of local emergency services/hospital/clinic/radio channel emergency numbers.

• SDS Location and required warning signs

• JSA posted, client Permit to Work (where applicable)
