Equipment Calibration Pull Procedure

This procedure tracks when equipment is pulled from service for calibration to ensure accurate records. This procedure also helps maintain proper calibration scheduling and Preventive Maintenance compliance.

    Was the equipment pulled from use and the asset status changed to Offline: Out For Calibration?

    If an extension is required or equipment can't be pulled before calibration due date select No and click +Add notes to enter the reason.

    Calibration Extension

    • Update this work order with the extension due date and leave in progress. • Finish completing this work order when the equipment is pulled from use. • Fill out and complete CALIBRATION & VERIFICATION EXTENSION FORM MASTER (C:\ESGVAULT\ecco\engineering\test engineering\test equipment\calibration\!forms) • Save completed file in vault and attach to this work order. (C:\ESGVAULT\ECCO\ENGINEERING\Test Engineering\TEST EQUIPMENT\CALIBRATION\!CALIBRATION EXTENSIONS\20XX)
