Air Compressor Inspection
Use this procedure to check overall condition of your machine and note operating hours. Regularly check and replace the oil in oil-lubricated compressors, and don't forget to inspect and replace air filters to prevent contamination. Cleaning: Keep the compressor unit, tank, and hoses clean to ensure optimal airflow and prevent clogs and corrosion. Performing preventive maintenance prolongs the life of your equipment, reduces downtime, decreases reactive maintenance requests, helps you manage compliance and inspection needs, and prevents costly emergency repairs from occurring.
Air Compressor Inspection
Regular air compressor inspections ensure reliable operation, prevent unexpected downtime, and extend the equipment's lifespan by catching issues like leaks, wear, or contamination early. This proactive maintenance also improves energy efficiency and protects downstream tools and processes from damage caused by poor air quality or pressure drops.
Check that oil level is at halfway point on sight glass. Flag if low but above minimum. Fail if below minimum.
