In the figure shows the cable Tension regulator testing fixture , it should be completely inspected every two weeks , or before use if more than two weeks have passed with no use or inspection of the test fixture
Visually Inspect All nuts, bolts, and screws for security and tightness , are they all present and thigh?
Are all cables and pulleys in general good conditions?
Are all tubing connections, connected and thigh?
Does the Reservoir and power cylinder show excessive leakage?
Inspect the Filters and strainers for dirt, remove and clean as required, ok?
Verify security of mounting of the test fixture on the bench, is it secured?
Is the Scale and single tree attached showing a zero reading?
Lubricate external moving joints with S.A.E 50 motor oil or equivalent . (see lubrication chart)are them lubricated?
