Annual Spill Kit inspection - TB plants
This procedure verifies the annual condition and completeness of spill kits at TB plants, checking kit integrity and confirming all required contents (pads, socks, pillows, seals, PPE, neutralizers, and more) are present, replacing any missing or damaged items and resealing with a new tamper seal.

Verify Contents in Spill Kit
50 ea - 15" x 19" pads
4 ea - 3" x 4" sorbent socks
8 ea - 18" x 18" pillows
5 ea - Tamper proof seals
3 ea - Nitril gloves
1 ea - Emergency handbook
3 ea - Goggles
2 ea - Face shield frames
6 ea - Face shield replacement visors
5 ea - Disposable bags
1 ea - Bucket of oil dry
2 ea - Acid neutralizers (alum plants or alum/LSA plants)
2 ea - Caustic (basic) neutralizers (LSA plants or alum/LSA plants)
Replace any missing or damaged items
New Seal in place
Install new seal. Take picture of seal and tag number
Add or drag pictures
Record new seal number
