Annual Spill Kit inspection - TB plants

This procedure verifies the annual condition and completeness of spill kits at TB plants, checking kit integrity and confirming all required contents (pads, socks, pillows, seals, PPE, neutralizers, and more) are present, replacing any missing or damaged items and resealing with a new tamper seal.
