PM Solenoid - 1000 Bubble Test

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THIS MAINTENANCE RUTINE/INSTRUCTION

1.- Purge the machine. Finish with the WIP.
2.- Notify production so they can remove or cover the material from the tracks and bowl feeders.
3.- By closing the main valve, remove the pneumatic pressure from the station and block every valve.
4.- Install the lock and the tag out.

1.2 Carefully clean the following lenses/surfaces: reflectors, sensors and fibers with Contact Cleaner and a soft rag. Do not use any other chemical ( )

1.3 Clean the filters and valve exhaust

1.4 Clean and lubricate the following items as needed: slides, guide bars, pneumatic actuators, bearings

1.5 Scrub bowl feeder track with a Fiber using the pneumatic grinder and clean with Contact Cleaner

1.6 Adjust Material Feeding Systems to be within specification (i.e. Bowl feeder controller knobs, air flow regulators, etc.)

1.7 Tight screws, bolts, nuts, loose wires (using Zip ties) and check the physical state @ machine structure, brackets and fixtures

1.8 Check cylinders alignment (vertical and horizontal axes). Adjust if needed:

1.1- Items to check and correct if needed at the station:

1.10 Clean the station from parts, tools, stains, chemical bottles, etc.

Inspect the correct functionality of the following Items:

-Interlock on door :

-E-Stop Button:

Remove and clean pressurizing valves

Clean every nest using Simple Green

Clean Test Rotary Table using Simple Green

Remove and clean grease excess from the floor

Remove and clean oil of any other fluid from the floor and or the machine

Tight screws, bolts, nuts and check the physical state @ machine structure, brackets and fixtures. Clean the station

Check filters and maintenance units at the pneumatic supply to the machine.

Drain and clean Pneumatic Water & Oil Collectors.

Check the control, motor and band @ good subassemblies transporting conveyor.

Clean/vacuum the machine from dust, debris, fluids (oil, water) and or material/parts

Start and Run the Machine for 10 minutes to ensure proper functionality
