Ingersoll Compressor R37 Model - Adding Coolant Procedure

This procedure ensures that the correct type and quantity of coolant is safely and accurately added to the Ingersoll R37 compressor, maintaining optimal operating temperatures, preventing overheating, and protecting internal components from premature wear or damage during continuous compression operations.

    PPE to protect from splashes of coolant is needed.

    How to add Coolant to the compressor system, both for topping off the coolant level and for replacing all of the coolant. The compressor needs to have been running for at least 1 minute to accurately check the current level of the coolant.
