Health and Safety

• LOTO before servicing

• Do not work under the cart without the specific Homag supports( mechanical supports are mandatory to hold the cart incase of hydraulic failure)

• Avoid Pinch points( severe injuries)

• Check if there is oil on the floor (wipe it if it is the case)

Preventative maintenance

• Check the hydraulic unit (the motor, the hydraulic cylinders, the level of oil at the tank)

• Check for oil leakage

• Fill up the oil if under 75% at the gauge (75% is good ,do not over fill!!)

• Check the screw and bolts

• Check up the belts

• Clean the machine and check for the sensor

• Verify the state of the vertical rollers and change if necessary

• Flag
