Folder Gluer Autonomous Maintenance

To establish the Leary Glue System PM work instructions for Folder/Gluer operations. This Work Instruction applies to Hayesville but can be used at all Rohrer Corporation facilities.

    TOOLS NEEDED TO COMPLETE

    Count the number of guns to be cleaned (typically with valves left open- guns 1, 2 and 3 in photo below). Add two to that count for the pail count. Leave one pail empty and fill the rest with hot water. Move all items collected to the gluer.

    Dispose the water from the pails per regulations. Clean the pails and return them to the storage area.
