Quarterly Parts Washer Preventive Maintenance
This procedure covers the quarterly maintenance of the Parts Washer, including inspecting the equipment display screen for error notifications, checking valves, transmission, and regulators, and inspecting connectors and relays. It also includes inspecting the actuator and motor assembly, checking bolt/nut tightness, and inspecting the main electrical panel for exposed or burnt wiring.
Inspect the Equipment Display Screen
check for error notifications and messages
Check Displays for notifications and equipment condition messages
Valves, Transmission & Regulators Inspection
Inspect all connectors and Relays
Inspect and check gas valves, timing valves and signal routes
Actuator, Motors Assembly
Inspect the mounting, base of the Motor Assembly
Check tightness of bolts & nuts in sequence
Inspect the condition of Blowers and Pipe routes
Main Electrical Panel Inspection
Inspect the Main Electrical Panel
Check the Line for exposed/burnt wiring
