Station 080 - Yearly Maintenance

This procedure supports optimal performance and durability of your equipment.

    Remove heater box covers and tighten the heater nuts using a 3/8 nut driver. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN NUTS!

    • Pass

    Inspect the connections on all the heaters.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Open control panel and check and tighten wiring in the heating loop,(SSR's, contactors, and fuses/breakers)
