Fife Guide PM

A scheduled preventive maintenance check of the Fife guide system to inspect and service all critical sensor, actuator, alignment, and control components, ensuring consistent web guiding accuracy and minimizing the risk of misalignment-related defects or unplanned downtime during production operations.

    Check roller journals for wear

    Clean and Lubricate linear shafts

    Grease Bearings

    Check to make sure fife guide sensor head is secure

    Check Actuator for worn/loose parts/wires

    Test unit - Make sure sensor head is working and moves evenly and smoothly.

    Inspect area and clean up. Wipe down any dirt and grease
