Daily Nita PMs

This procedure is used to perform the daily preventive maintenance of the Nita labeler, covering cleaning of the conveyor, rollers, sensors, and wipe gate, and inspection of the brushes and wipe gate absorber. Each item is rated Pass, Flag, or Fail so that any cleaning issues or defects are recorded.

    Clean conveyor with damp cloth.

    Clean label drive rollers with alchohol.

    Clean sensors with soft cloth.

    Clean and inspect wipe gate.

    • Pass

    Clean labeler head rollers, tensiod door, and peel plate.

    Inspect brushes for wear.

    Inspect wipe gate absorber for defects.
