Reach pm checklist

• Take unit outside and blow dust off (vacuum in winter/ weather days)

• Initial unit check, operates as it should, no obvious issues.

• Note any codes and look into as needed on new repair w/o.

• EPO test

• Horn and backup alarm operate.

• Deadman pedal test, operates smoothly, pad secured.

• Control handle operates smoothly and returns to center. slight angle until directional drive.

• Brake check, 2-4 foot unloaded stop

• Contactor tip, note any deforming, mushrooming, pitting

• Inspect hydraulics for leaks, hose rubs, missing clips and clamps

• Electrical wire and cable, note any issues and correct minor items

• Check all cooling fans for free movement and broken fins. test 023-toggle fans.

• Frame and legs, check for bends, cracks and issues

• Hardware, all bolts, clamps, zipties in place.

• Forks, check for wear, bends, cracks and any issues

• Fork carriage, moves freely, minimal play, note worn parts and issues

• Motor brushes, inspect for wear and note if replacement needed.

• Gear oil level and if burnt/ metal.

• Jack up lift and check drive unit play, note if excessive for repair

• Jack up load wheels and check for bearing play and tire condition. note issues for repair w/o.

• Lube all fittings, bearings, wear points as needed

• Clean off excess grease/ lube, wipe down plastics and body with detail spray.
