ANY ABNORMAL ISSUES FOUND NEED TO BE DOCUMENTED, REPAIRED AND A WORK ORDER GENERATED.

IF REPAIRS CAN NOT BE PERFORMED. A WORK ORDER MUST BE GENERATED.

IF PARTS ARE REQUIRED. A PARTS REQUISITION FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT.

A - Quality Checklist (MUST BE USE IN EVERY WORK ORDER)

Ensure Equipment and area are clean after work completion.

Wipe down any surfaces that may have gotten dirty, soiled or stained

Ensure all tools and parts are accounted for and stored in their proper location before starting the equipment.
