This procedure outlines the steps for a weekly inspection of the Bag House, including pre-inspection safety checks, visual and operational checks, compressed air system inspection, drum and material handling, general inspection, and post-inspection documentation.

    Visual and Operational Checks

    Check for any visual alarms on top of cabinet

    Record Differential Pressure (dp) from magnehelic gauge

    Compressed Air System

    Record compressed air pressure

    Check compressed air system for leaks and organize repair if required
