Weekly cleaning and inspection of your equipment to ensure proper working condition.

    Complete the daily maintenance tasks before continuing:

    1. Inspect all conveyor drives and belts

    • Fail

    2. Inspect and test function of all line sensors.

    • Pass

    • Fail

    3. Inspect all actuator airlines and fittings for leaks.

    • Pass

    • Fail

    4. Inspect all pivot joints and adjustments points.

    • Fail

    5. Inspect product seals for leakages and damage.
