Electrostatic Spray Gun Disassembly

This checklist contains the steps on how to properly disassemble an Electrostatic Spray Gun.

    Separate barrel & body

    o When reconnecting the barrel and body, ensure the gasket is aligned properly and not bunched up to ensure a proper seal.

    Remove the needle

    Remove the power supply

    o Before re-assembling the power supply to the barrel, apply dielectric grease at the end of the power supply / spring. o When re-assembling the power supply and barrel, ensure the turbine connector ribbon is facing down.
