Pre Checks
Has permission been obtained of all production operatives that use the system to turn the fan off?
The extraction fan runs the LEV on tanks SS1, SS2, SS3, SS4, MA03+MA04 and small dry mix. All tanks should be labelled as out of use before turning the fan off.
Has permission been obtained of the UK Lab to turn the fan off?
The extraction fan runs the LEV on the ICP unit in the UK Labs instrument room. ICP labelled as out of use before turning the fan off.
