Cut Height and Speed

• Verify Cut Height is Correct per Material.

• Verify Appropriate Speed for Cutting Material.

• Verify Saw Blade Return Speed.

Table Travel Speed and Return.

• Verify Proper Travel Speed to Match Pipe Feed Rate.

• Verify Return Speed to Not Damage Home Switch, Shall be Smooth and Slow.

Vacuum Connections

• Verify Vacuum System in On and Running.

• Verify Valving is Open and Air Movement is Available.

• Check Material Drum that it is Emptied Frequently and Not Full.
