Equipment Required.
30- Day Glass Bead Cabinet Inspection
INSPECT BELLOWS, BOOTS AND GRIT SHIELDS REPLACE/REPAIR AS NEEDED.
INSPECT ALL SUCTION LINES/HOSES FOR WEAR, REPLACE IF NEEDED.
INSPECT ALL AIR LINES, REPLACE IF NEEDED.
INSPECT GRIT FEED HOSES AND VALVES. REPLACE AS NECESSARY.
INSPECT GRIT CAN SEALS. REPLACE AS NECESSARY.
DO AN OVERALL INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE, WEAR. REPAIR AS NEEDED.
Work Completion, Production Notification, Cleanup and Task Signoff
This section is dedicated to cleaning the area where you have worked, put away any tools that were needed for the task, have you removed any trash that is a product of the task being performed? Have all protective safety guards been reinstalled? Signing in this signature block means that the maintenance employee has cleaned all messes associated with the work, reinstalled all safety guards, stowed away all tools and ensures that the task is complete. Has the maintenance employee notified production that the work is finished and released back into service?
Signing here implies that the Maintenance Employee has read and comprehends the Work Completion, Cleanup and Task Signoff section of this procedure.
