HVAC Service Preventive Maintenance

This procedure covers the preventive maintenance of the HVAC unit, following LOTO procedures before cleaning the condenser coil and evaporator units and flushing the drain lines. It also includes checking the wiring, verifying operation, and recording the compressor's amp draw.
