5085 Preventive Maintenance

This procedure outlines preventive maintenance tasks required to keep the equipment running efficiently and safely. It includes inspection, lubrication, filter changes, calibration, and checks of electrical and mechanical components. Following this procedure helps reduce unplanned downtime, extend equipment life, and maintain consistent performance.

    Check springback of the beam

    Lubricate threaded rod with oil. Shell 220

    Grease X-axis bearings. Mobilux EP2

    Grease R-axis bearings. Mobilux EP2

    Grease Z-axis bearings. Mobilux EP2

    Grease ball screw bearings

    Clean and lubricate racks for X and Z-axis. WD-40 and shell 220

    Clean and lubricate gauge finger brake plate. WD-40 and Shell 220

    Check springback belt tension

    • Pass

    Visually inspect hydraulic hoses for damage or leaks. Repair as needed or make follow up W.O.

    Visually inspect electrical wiring and applicable energy chains for any damage. Repair or make follow up W.O.

    Clean oil cooler

    Replace oil filter

    Replace compressed air filter and drain water if needed.
