Toilets / Stalls
The below items are to be performed on EACH toilet and stall.
Are the toilet seats loose? If so tighten to snug fit.
Inspect toilet flange bolts. Are they fully securing the toilet to the floor? If not, tighten to snug fit.
Flush toilet, check for leaks and proper flush flow.
Inspect toilet paper holder.
Inspect toiletry container is properly mounted. (Women's)
Inspect door functionality. Tighten any loose hardware.
Urinals (Mens)
The below items are to be performed on EACH urinal.
Flush Urinal, inspect for leaks and proper flush flow.
Check Urinal is properly bolted to the wall.
Sinks
The below items are to be performed on EACH sink.
Inspect Drainage Flow.
Remove Aerator from Faucet - Clean and Inspect for debris/damage and build up.
Check faucet is fully secured to the sink. If loose, re-tighten.
Verify Sensors are working properly.
Check water flow, adjust as needed.
Floor Drains
General Maintenance
Inspect Ceiling Tiles for damage or stains. - Repair as needed.
Inspect Drywall for Damage. - Repair as needed.
Check lights are working properly. - Repair as needed.
Check emergency lights are working properly - Repair as needed.
Check Mirrors are in good condition.
