Quarterly Restroom Preventive Maintenance involves routine cleaning, inspection, and upkeep to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety.     Toilets / Stalls

    The below items are to be performed on EACH toilet and stall.

    Are the toilet seats loose? If so tighten to snug fit.

    Inspect toilet flange bolts. Are they fully securing the toilet to the floor? If not, tighten to snug fit.

    Flush toilet, check for leaks and proper flush flow.

    Inspect toiletry container is properly mounted. (Women's)

    Check faucet is fully secured to the sink. If loose, re-tighten.
