RTU Quarterly Maintenance Procedure

This procedure covers the quarterly maintenance of the RTU, including notifying the customer, completing a site safety survey and LOTO, and reviewing diagnostics for active faults. It also includes a visual electrical inspection, cleaning the condensate drain pan/pipe, verifying operating voltages, reviewing operation, and logging the unit and operation check.

    Visual Electrical Inspection. List any issues found in comments and make repairs. Time - 5 min.
